JOSE RESTIE MAGSOMBOL – PRESIDENT

Jose Restie or Jores is an Accounting graduate from Far Eastern University and has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He has earned multiple awards and recognition in his field. Jores began his career with Canon Marketing Philippines where he specialized in selling technology products. In 2005, Jores ventured into real estate when he joined Phoenix Land, a company developing resort lots in Batangas. While at Phoenix Land, Jores spearheaded the group and increased sales by 400%. Currently, he is a Managing Director with the Camella Group and Head of web sales with New San Jose Builders. Jores also provides consultation services for New Apec Dev Co and SouthGroup Properties, where he has contributed to an increase of 40% in sales. Jores is our main consultant for sales including lead management, project funding, bank financing, network building, and sales planning and implementation.

 

 

 

MARK S. ROLDAN – MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

A graduate from the University of the Philippines Los Banos with a degree in Agricultural Business and Management, Mark has over seventeen years of business planning and research experience. He is our full-time consultant for business planning, finance, and operations. Mark has earned a diploma in real estate management from De LaSalle University. He is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. Mark has worked as an investment manager for Philam Properties Corporation handling their more than Php 5Billion worth of property assets. Prior to that, he was the research director for Innovative Solutions (INSPIRE INC) where he oversaw real estate and non-real estate clients. Mark was also the Global Research and Consulting Manager for CB Richard Ellis. Mark oversaw local and international feasibility studies ranging from residential, office, hotel, leisure, retail, and mixed-use developments. Mark also learned about data gathering and research methods when he was with Taylor Nelson Sofres.

 

 

JOSEPHINE T. TOLOSA – MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

 

A current candidate for a Master’s degree in PR and Communications from Georgetown University in Washington DC, Josephine graduated with a Mass communications degree from Ateneo de Manila. Josephine has 10 years of experience in the industry. She spent 7 years with INSPIRE consultancy where she oversaw the development of a real estate subdivision in Cavite. Josephine managed all aspects of the project from strategy and business planning, sales and marketing, to budgets and resource allocation. She also contributed to generating Php 100 Million worth of sales revenues. Prior to that, she also handled the marketing and consumer research division where using qualitative and quantitative research methods, she wrote strategic marketing plans and product feasibility studies for her clients in real estate, banking, and telecommunications.

 

 

ANDRES MARCELINO – CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

 

Andres holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bulacan State University. He is a licensed civil and geodetic engineer with sixteen years of experience in the industry. Andres specializes in vertical developments and has been a project engineer for multiple residential subdivisions all over the country. Andres has also worked as a technical manager for a number of 7-11 stores under Metrograde construction. Presently, he is the General Manager of 1028 Construction and Surveying Services.
